USDT Settlement: Check the Network, Receiving Details and Amount

Agreeing to receive USDT is only the start. Before submitting gift cards, put the asset, network, receiving details and final amount in writing so both sides understand the settlement terms.

01Confirm the Asset and Network Together

Tether lists token protocols on several blockchains, including ERC20 on Ethereum and TRC20 on Tron. The USDT label does not mean every receiving platform supports every network. Check the asset, network and instructions currently shown by your receiving service, then ask support to confirm the arrangement available for this trade.

Do not rely only on an address prefix, an old screenshot or a general assurance that an address can receive funds. Check the address and network instructions together for the current trade. Network examples here explain the checking method and do not promise that Golden Earth supports every network.

02Use Your Own Receiving Page

Copy the complete address from the wallet or service you actually use. Confirm that it belongs to you and supports the agreed asset and network. If the receiving service requires a memo, tag or another field, check that requirement too. Resolve any difference between a screenshot and written details before proceeding.

  • Check the complete address and its network, not only the first and last characters.
  • Receiving settlement does not require sharing a recovery phrase, private key, wallet password or verification code with support.

03Record the Amount, Fees and Expected Timing

Confirm whether the quote applies per card or to the full batch, the settlement asset and any agreed fees. If fees apply, agree who pays them, whether they are included in the quote and the amount expected to be received. This guide does not provide a fixed fee or guaranteed arrival time.

Golden Earth promptly arranges payout on the agreed terms after successful redemption, bookkeeping and confirmation of receiving details. USDT arrival depends on confirmations on the selected network and platform processing. An initial check does not mean a transfer has been sent. Confirm the network, receiving details and expected timing before submitting cards.

04Confirm Before Submission and Reconcile Afterward

Keep the agreed details in the relevant trade group so they can be matched with the cards and bookkeeping record. After settlement, ask for a transfer record. If a blockchain transaction hash is available, check its network, receiving address and amount, then review the receiving service’s credit status. If funds were sent but are not credited, reconcile the details with the relevant support team before supplying a different address.
